Orgnani

Famiglia Nobile udinese

 

This family, like many other of Udine, derived in the slid centuries just the last name from the country of origin, from Orgnano, village situated to little distance from Udine, and just to noon of Campoformido. The Orgnani had the first houses of room in Mercatovecchio and Sottomonte; later on of it they acquired on the river of the Garden near the Rinoldi and the Agricola, and more recently (century XIX) in S. village Maria. The Orgnani had grave in S.Pietro Martire and just outside of the chapter in the portion of porch to north wind of the placing Sacristy to the places the lands of, where thirteen arche was looked at burial between which one of the Orgnani, carrying in the past century this registration: Ludovicus ET Victoria Orgnani Restaraverunt 1777. Little of the Orgnani were not dedicated to the notary's office, and in the notarial archives of Udine the actions deeds from seventeen notary publics pertaining to this family are conserved very, which probably must its aggregation to the udinese nobility to this frequent one apply itself of its members to the notarial art, since the contract, than of it is main object, it is the foundation and the condition of every social life. First to being ascribed to the noble Council of Udine it was a Cristoforo of Valentino Orgnani, who entered the 15/04/682. Subsequently it was ascribed in a 1687 Vittore di Bernardino Orgnani, direct ancestor of the Orgnani still flourishing, which were confirmed noble in the 13/04/1829 from the Austrian government, in the person of Gio. Batta Vittore Orgnani, and from the Italian government with a royal decree in person of the noble Gio. Batta, Vincenzo Orgnani and sons, males and females, in the 19 december 1897.

Orgnani Coat of arms: in the various sources from which I have reached, it introduces of the varying small, as it turns out from the description that I give some here under:

1) Of silver to the band of blue, loaded from three lily of silver, and accompanied from two rose of red, one in head and the other in tip. (Romanello Manin "coast of arms friulano" Pubblic library of Udine).

2) Of silver to the green slab, loaded with three lily of gold, accompanied from two roses of red one in head and the other in head. (Liruti Collection near Dr. Giuseppe Biasutti).

3)Of silver to the slab of blue loaded with three stars of gold and eight tips, accompanied from two roses of red, in head and an other in tip.(Arm recognized with S.R. 13 you open them 1829 volume VIII, 1933-36)
